How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account to stop future renewals. After cancelling, you will keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
