1. Who we are

IMAT Prep is operated by Careermedsitalia pvt limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the IMAT Prep website and services (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

IMAT Prep provides online video lessons, practice tests, and progress tracking to help students prepare for the IMAT medical entrance examination. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee any specific exam outcome.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction (or have your guardian's consent) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• use the Service for fraud, spam, or to harass others;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
• upload malware or interfere with the security of the Service;
• probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service;
• share, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all video lessons, questions, explanations, software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Careermedsitalia pvt limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study within the plan you have purchased.

6. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is therefore additionally subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Careermedsitalia pvt limited is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
